Hi, I’m Marnie—energy healer, breakthrough coach, and the heart behind Earth Heart Healing.

I didn’t always walk this path. I actually began my career in architecture, drawn to design and the way pieces fit together to create something meaningful. But life had a very different blueprint for me.

Heartbreak cracked me open.

Travel stretched my perspective.

And then came the awakening that changed everything.

One minute I was drafting floor plans, the next I was being redrafted by the life itself.

Blueprints don’t only belong on drafting tables—our subtle energy carries its own living design, guiding how we heal, grow, and connect.

The Awakening That Changed Everything

In 2012, something inside me shifted so profoundly that it altered the course of my entire life.

One day, I was a rational, urban student. The next, I was flooded with a love that felt both brand new and ancient—a love that didn’t push or dominate, but softened, healed, and reminded me of the divine fabric beneath all our ego identities.

It was the kind of awakening you can’t unsee. The kind that rearranges your inner architecture—and throws your old life plans into the recycling bin.

Learning Through Love, Loss, and Remembering

From that moment on, my path unraveled and rewove itself in a hundred unexpected ways.

I learned about love and loss.

About codependency and nervous system survival.

About what happens when we forget our worth—and then slowly remember it again.

India introduced me to meditation at a time when I thought I couldn’t keep going.

Vancouver became my healing ground where I studied Advanced Integrative Energy Healing and explored plant medicine as a doorway into deep cellular healing. By day, I was a nanny; by night, I was a yoga-mat philosopher thawing my nervous system one pigeon pose at a time.

Somewhere between diaper changes and downward dogs, I realized healing isn’t glamorous—it’s gloriously human.

By the time I graduated, I wasn’t just holding certifications—I was carrying embodied wisdom. The kind that only comes from walking through fire, breaking down, and learning to rise again (preferably with a cup of cacao in hand).

Finding Flow and Facing Fear

I began working as a healer at a wellness clinic, writing my first book, and finally feeling aligned.And then—the pandemic hit.

The powers that be said, “Plot twist!”

Overnight, Earth Heart Healing had to move online. I faced my fear of being seen, learned technology I never thought I’d touch, and held space for others as the world trembled in uncertainty.

It was liberating, messy, and transformative all at once.

Costa Rica: Remembering True Embodiment

Eventually, intuition led me to Costa Rica—to an eco-village nestled in the heart of a Blue Zone.

Life there was different. Healing wasn’t something we carved time out for—it was how we lived.Clean food, indigenous medicine, community rituals, and the rhythm of the land reminded me:

True healing isn’t just spiritual—it’s embodied. It’s physical.It’s how we root into the Earth every single day.

Think barefoot mornings, jungle symphonies, singing circles under starlight, and laughter that heals on contact.

In Costa Rica’s Blue Zone, the ocean and jungle reminded me that true wellness flows from nature itself — nourishing body, spirit, and soul. Blue Zones are places in the world where people naturally live longer, healthier lives.

Soul Healing and Sovereignty: Reclaiming Your Power

The most recent chapter of my journey brought a new kind of awakening: empowerment.

Through heartbreak, I began to see clearly the patterns of narcissistic abuse I had been entangled in—not only within relationships, but also mirrored in the collective systems shaping our world.

Stepping free was like reclaiming my own ground, voice, and sovereignty.It taught me that healing isn’t only about self-love and integration—it’s also about standing firmly in truth.

As Yogananda once said:

“Softer than the flower, where kindness is concerned; Stronger than the thunder, where principles are at stake.”

The Heart of Earth Heart Healing

Earth Heart Healing is the living expression of this decade-long journey—an ongoing initiation that began as a whispered prayer and continues to evolve into sanctuary.

IIt’s a home for Lightworkers who are tired of dimming their glow, Starseeds who feel Earth-weird (in the best way), Lineage Healers, Empaths, Angels, Awakening Hearts, and Elemental Souls who are ready to come home to themselves.

A place to untangle old wounds, heal at the root, reclaim authority, and embody the truth of who we are at the soul level.

This is where the Soul Growth Breakthrough Bundle was born—a 9-week journey that gathers the practices, tools, and truths that guided me through my own transformation.

Think of it as a soul renovation: clearing energetic clutter, rebuilding your inner foundation, and rewiring your system for light, love, and purpose.

Part course, part guided initiation, and all heart—it’s only the beginning.

As Earth Heart Healing expands to include retreats, natural product lines, and new offerings, my vision remains simple:
