I was the teenager who would slip away from the party to stare at the stars.​

I never quite fit traditional expectations, and growing up in a family touched

by both addiction and financial abundance, I learned early that what appears whole on the outside isn't always what lies beneath the surface.

 

In my early twenties, a spiritual awakening cracked me open and set me on a path of healing.  I found myself asking deeper questions about purpose, authenticity, and what it means to live in alignment with our soul nature. Since then, transformation has been one of my passions.

 

A passion that has taken me down some unconventional roads. I earned a degree in Architectural Design, trained in the healing arts, spent a decade as a nanny, traveled widely, lived in an eco-village in Costa Rica, and embraced an unexpected pregnancy that I knew would lead me into life as a single mother.

 

By traditional standards, parts of my life may seem to fall short. While inwardly, I am more peaceful, fulfilled, self assured, and loved than at any other time in my life.

 

It’s why I built Earth Heart Healing, to empower women to trust their inner knowing, to follow their own unique rhythm, and to create the lives they know deep inside is possible.
