Our greatest seasons of change invite us home to ourselves.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new —

it's about remembering who's been there all along.

Pain is inevitable.

Yet when it becomes a cycle, staying alive in us long after its lesson

has been offered, that's the kind of suffering I'm passionate about supporting others to bring into the light.

My mission at Earth Heart Healing is to bring more wisdom, healing, and heart-led living into the world by empowering

women through life's biggest transitions.

I was the teenager who would slip away from the party to stare

at the stars.

I never quite fit traditional expectations, and from an early age I became aware that what appears whole on the outside doesn't always reflect what someone is carrying within.

In my early twenties, a spiritual awakening cracked me open and set me on a path of healing.  I found myself asking deeper questions about purpose, authenticity, and what it means to live in alignment with our soul nature. Since then, transformation has been one of my passions.

A passion that has taken me down some unconventional roads. I earned a degree in Architectural Design, trained in the healing arts, spent a decade as a nanny, traveled widely, lived in an eco-village in Costa Rica, and embraced an unexpected pregnancy that I knew would lead me into life as a single mother.

By traditional standards, parts of my life may seem to fall short. While inwardly, I am more peaceful, fulfilled, self assured, and loved than at any other time in my life.

It’s why I built Earth Heart Healing, to empower women to trust their inner knowing, to follow their own unique rhythm, and to create the lives that they know deep inside are possible for them.

I've distilled years of healing, study, travel, client work, and lived experience into a transformational program designed for women to heal from the root, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and navigate life's seasons of change with clarity, grace, and resourced empowerment.

What I believe in:

Truth

Truth is the compass.

Beneath the expectations, conditioning, and distractions of the outside world lives a divine blueprint within — an energetic signature that is uniquely our own. Though subtle, it's a reflection of our wholeness and when we learn to listen to and align with this inner wisdom, the healing process is a natural unfolding.

Discernment

Discernment is the art of knowing what to trust.

Discernment is the filter that allows us to remain open-hearted without becoming untethered. It is an internal balance between intuition and critical thinking so we can navigate life with wisdom, integrity, and self-trust.

Authenticity

Authenticity is the destination  and the practice.

It is the freedom that comes from living in alignment with who we truly are rather than who we've been conditioned to be.

Courage

Courage is not the absence of fear — it's the decision to move forward anyway.

Courage is choosing authenticity over approval, and new possibilities over comfortability or patterns that no longer serve our growth.

Grace

Grace invites us to meet

ourselves with compassion.

To let go and let God (or however you perceive God to be). We are invited to soften our ego’s grip, honor the pace of our healing and growth, and trust in the unfolding so that grace can enter in.

Rooted

Transformation

Transformation is the heart

of my work.

Like the tortoise in the famous fable,

I believe lasting change is often slow and steady. Growth isn't about becoming someone new — it's about shedding what no longer serves us so our natural evolution can unfold. By working at the root level, we create the foundations for sustainable change over time.

A Lightbulb Moment

At four years old, I asked my dad, "Why are all the songs on the radio about love?" He paused before replying, "Well... love is really important to people." A seed was planted.

Foundations for the Future

I fell in love with travel and chose to pursue studies in architecture. My first trip abroad was at fifteen to study English in Crete — though I remember it more as a study in philosophy. On the drive to school, I noticed unfinished homes with exposed rebar reaching toward the sky. I learned they were intentionally built that way, allowing future generations to add new floors as families grew and resources allowed. It was my first glimpse that beauty comes not from appearances alone, but from the values that shape what we create.

Breaking Open

The beginning of a spiritual awakening that would redefine everything I thought I knew about... well, everything.  Architecture school was my first dream come true, and a first love opened my heart. Heartbreak, however, became the start of a deeper journey, revealing how my childhood had shaped my nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. While on exchange in India, I discovered Vipassana meditation.

Exiting the Matrix

While training in energy healing, I worked as a nanny, learning as much from the families I cared for as I did in the classroom. After graduating from university I immersed myself in practices like Bikram yoga, meditation, and plant medicine practiced within Indigenous traditions to heal my nervous system. It was a season of big spiritual expansions and deep healing.

The Courage to Be Seen (& Re-entering Matrix Life)

Before the pandemic, I questioned myself. Afterwards, I questioned the world.

I started Earth Heart Healing with a lot of light and little grounding. I crashed and burned at the beginning — but it was exactly what I needed to grow. Building a healing business became another layer of my own healing, teaching me to cultivate the discernment and resilience needed to bring Earth Heart Healing online.

Living My Ideals

I found a way of community living that resonated

with my spirit. The pandemic ended, and I immersed myself in an eco-village at the heart of a Blue Zone. Living in community deepened my understanding of whole-person wellness, showing me what it meant to embody health in everyday life.

The Here and Now

Every U-turn became a stepping stone. Today, Earth Heart Healing is my dream in action. A business built in alignment with my values, supporting women as they reconnect with their inner wisdom while giving me the flexibility to be present for my son.

" Plot twist... motherhood.  It's my biggest teacher — and my biggest source of laundry.

The Identity Shift

An unexpected pregnancy led me back to my home town where, with the support of my family, I embraced a path to single motherhood.  It has been my greatest invitation to surrender, trust my inner voice, and discover how love has an extraordinary way of expanding us into who we're meant to become.

There are many aspects that make Marnie a wonderful healer; she is intuitive, empathic, loving, gentle, kind, and supportive, and you will witness many of these the moment you meet her. I've had some intense moments arise that required me to be open, accepting, and strong. Marnie gracefully helped me through these tough energetic blocks. She was great at providing me tools to  continue to  do self-work at home and continues to support me whenever I need it.
